In many cases it can be necessary to let your guests review or sign specific documents before letting them enter your location. Examples for this are security instructions, house rules, and NDAs containing either pictures or text. With ZipKey, you can integrate these documents directly into your check-in process and make sure that every guest goes through them during the check-in.
Please note: to add a new document for your company, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then assist you in properly setting up the document.
Once you have a document set up for your company, you can assign it to your locations. Every location can have multiple documents assigned and every document can be used by multiple locations. Your guests will only have to finish each version of each document once for all locations.
To add an existing document to your location, log into the ZipKey webdashboard and select the location. Then navigate to "Current Location" > "Guest Data". Here you can see all trainings (slideshows) and documents (text) for the current location. You can also add, remove, and preview any document for this location.
